PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid bed drying device, an integrated gasification combined cycle facility, and a drying method capable of improving the recovery efficiency of the latent heat of steam by effectively utilizing the steam in which non-condensable gas is more contained in a gas phase.SOLUTION: A fluid bed drying device includes a drying furnace 5 in which a fluid bed 3 is formed inside by the flowing of supplied brown coal by fluidizing steam, a heat transfer pipe 33 which is provided in the drying furnace 5 and heats the supplied brown coal, and a steam compressor 135 which compresses the steam discharged from the drying furnace 5 and supplies the compressed steam to the heat transfer pipe 33. The heat transfer pipe 33 makes the steam supplied from the steam compressor 135 flow from a lower stream side in the flow direction of brown coal toward upper stream side. |
