The present invention relates to a thrombolytic composition containing a Ponciri fructus extract as an active ingredient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a thrombolytic composition containing an organic solvent fraction extract of Ponciri fructus. The thrombolytic composition is produced by the following steps: producing the Ponciri fructus extract of the present invention; and comparing and evaluating thrombolytic performance based on the concentration of the Ponciri fructus extract and an extraction solvent. Therefore, the thrombolytic composition can be safely and effectively injected without the concern for side effects, and improves blood circulation by dissolving insoluble polymers of fibrin.
