The present invention relates to a slide lift type wheelchair storage system for a vehicle, comprising: a trunk receiving device disposed in a forward/backward direction from an entrance to an inner side of the inside of a vehicle trunk, allowing a wheelchair to be installed therein, and slidably moving the wheelchair in the forward/backward direction of the trunk to receive the wheelchair into or draw the wheelchair out of the trunk; a hoist device having one end thereof rotatably connected to a roof of the vehicle and the other end thereof selectively connected to the wheelchair, to tow the wheelchair to the trunk receiving device or outwardly move the wheelchair from the trunk receiving device; and a control unit connected to the trunk receiving device to control the wheelchair to be received into or drawn out of the trunk, and connected to the hoist device to control the hoist device to install the wheelchair to the trunk receiving device or outwardly tow the wheelchair from the trunk receiving device. Thus, since a receiving space of the vehicle roof is minimized, an outer appearance can be enhanced, and since air resistance is minimized, fuel efficiency can be minimized. In addition, since a trunk space required for receiving the wheelchair is reduced, an application vehicle range can be widened from a small sedan to an SUV vehicle, extending users′ vehicle selection.
