The present invention relates to a leg massage unit of a massage chair which, more specifically, has a foot unit with the length capable of being adjusted to the length of legs and includes: a foot unit (200) which has a button unit and a locking unit arranged to slide; and a guide unit (100) which has a joining groove (130) and guides the foot unit (200). The locking unit includes: a joining unit joined to the joining groove (130); a pressing unit which is extended from the joining unit and comes in contact with the button unit; and a first spring which applies force in the direction of joining the joining unit to the joining groove (130). The leg massage unit of a massage chair is manually operated. Therefore, height adjustment customized to the length of user′s legs can be possible without a help of an additional massage chair driving means such as a motor or the like. |
