The present invention relates to a complex heating type charcoal fire roaster, wherein the meat is complexly heated by reflected heat and direct radiant heat, thereby roasting the meat to be palatable. The present invention comprises: a main body, of which the upper side is opened to hold a gridiron and in which a receiving space is formed; a charcoal case, which is received inside the main body and stores charcoal to emit radiant heat; a reflective case, which is disposed between the main body and the charcoal case and reflects the radiant heat, which is emitted to the outside in a radial direction of the charcoal case, toward the upper side, thereby roasting the meat placed on the gridiron through the reflected heat; a blocking member, which blocks the top side of the charcoal case to allow the oil generated from the meat to flow out of the charcoal case, and has an upper side formed to have an external surface of a cone. The charcoal case includes an inclined cylinder portion, which becomes narrow toward the upper side. The firepower is emitted through a lateral surface of the charcoal case, reflected on the reflective case, and transferred to the gridiron, and the firepower is directly radiated to the upper side through an inclined surface of the charcoal case and then transferred to the gridiron, and some of the meat oil falls inside the charcoal case. Through this configuration, the radiation temperature is maximized as much as possible; the meat is properly heated for a short period of time; and some of the meat oil falls inside the charcoal case through the inclined charcoal case, so a small amount of smoke is generated and the meat is fumigated with an appropriate amount of smoke, and thus the meat is roasted to be palatable. |
