The present invention relates to a method of producing a scented tea leaf extract from flower petals of citrus trees and tea leaves, and a cosmetic composition including the tea leaf extract, and particularly to a cosmetic composition for improving the skin state. A method of producing a scented tea leaf extract from flower petals of tangerine trees and tea leaves includes the following steps: (a) preparing dried scented tea leaves from the flower petals of citrus trees and the tea leaves; (b) adding a solvent selected from the group consisting of C1-C3 absolute alcohol or water-containing alcohol, and water to the dried scented tea leaves in an amount of 1 to 15 times based on the weight of the dried scented tea leaves; and (c) using an extractor at a temperature of 0 to 100°C for 1 to 12 hours to produce the scented tea leaf extract from the dried scented tea leaves. The present invention provides a method of producing a scented tea leaf extract from flower petals of citrus trees and tea leaves. The cosmetic composition containing the scented tea leaf extract, shows effects of collagen generation promoting, skin anti-aging, anti-oxidation, and skin whitening as well as the safety. |
