The objective of the present invention is to provide a lifting device for lifesaving which can lift a user up and down rapidly by being configured to be motor-operated. In order to achieve the objective, in the lifting device for lifesaving, moving up and down on a rope by dynamic power by winding the rope, the lifting device of the present invention includes: a casing; a battery located in the casing; a driving motor which is rotated by electricity of the battery; a transmission device which shifts an output of the driving motor, and is protruding outward from the casing; a brake for stopping rotation of a rotation axis; an operation part for controlling an operation of the driving motor and the brake; a dual pulley which rotates equally to the rotation axis by being connected to the rotation axis, and includes a first pulley formed on the outer circumference and a second pulley which is formed in a lower part of the first pulley and has a larger diameter than the first pulley; and a rope guide part for guiding the rope to the dual pulley.
