The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an iron-plate cheese scorched rice roll. According to the method for manufacturing an iron-plate cheese scorched rice roll, sauce, rice, laver slices, and wild sesame oil are placed on an iron plate and stir-fried; the stir-fried rice is thinly, widely, uniformly spread in a rectangular shape; stuffing such as cheese, uncut kimchi and various vegetables is placed on the uniformly spread scorched rice; and the scorched rice is rolled to be thick by using a scraper after time elapses before a lower side of the scorched rice is burn. The purpose of the present invention is to provide the scorched rice roll in an original and classic shape. |
