<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce labor and cost required for a cleaning operation and a replacement work of a squeegee in relation to printing and filling with a raw material, in which the raw material is printed on a surface of an object member by using the squeegee or the raw material is filled into a concave portion formed in the surface of the object member by using the squeegee. <P>SOLUTION: A printing and filling method includes: a film supply step of supplying a film between a squeegee and an object member; a raw material supply step of supplying a raw material to a surface of the object member or the vicinity thereof; and a printing and filling step for performing printing and filling with the raw material by the squeegee via the film, by relative-displacement of the squeegee and the object member along the surface of the object member, while preventing the raw material from coming in direct contact with the squeegee by the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
