The present invention relates to a cooling water heating type heater and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a cooling water heating type heater and a manufacturing method thereof, which improves heat transfer efficiency between a heating body and cooling water by allowing cooling water to flow between a heating pipe and a flow distribution pipe as the flow distribution pipe is formed inside the heating pipe where a cylindrical heating body is formed, thereby lowering the surface temperature of the heating body. Thus, the present invention improves the durability of the heating body and prevents the deterioration of electronic parts arranged to be adjacent to the heating body. |
