The present invention relates to a fish-looking sign for advertising which increases an advertising effect by attracting attention of a consumer through three-dimensional and dynamic advertising. The fish-looking sign for advertising, comprises: a holder to be installed to a ground structure; a curved sign having a fish-shape, which includes a tail part fixated to the holder, and a body part connected to a lower portion of the tail part to be curved to a left side and a right side with a plurality of bodies; and a head part connected to a lower portion of the body part to be curved to the left side and the right side; and a driving member which drives the curved sign to reciprocate to the left and right.
