<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation apparatus based on an idea that on-site power generation at a nearby enterprise or a house is easily adopted if an apparatus capable of performing hydraulic power generation at a place where the direction of a water current frequently changes from left to right or right to left, for example in the vicinity of the mouth of a river or in the vicinity of a seashore is provided in a small-scale and inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: A flexible water turbine, a water turbine blade capable of falling only in one side, and an electric power generator are combined.
