The present invention relates to a rubber expansion joint pipe producing apparatus capable of reducing force applied by steam in a vulcanizing device used in a vulcanization process of a rubber composite, thereby reducing costs required for producing entire facilities. Parts used in the vulcanizing device of the present invention enables reduction in the size of the conventional parts (for example, the size of a coupling bolt and the thickness of a blocking plate) for enduring great force, thereby significantly reducing installation costs.
