According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a road fence device having an impact detecting unit, comprising: impact detecting modules installed in the road fence device at a certain interval, and connected to each other with a ZigBee communication network which generates an impact detecting signal when an impact event occurs on the road fence device, makes it into data, generates impact detecting signal data, converts the impact detecting signal data into ZigBee communication, and transmits it; a controller to receive the impact detecting signal data converted into ZigBee communication from the impact detecting module to determine an impact event, and to transmit the impact event report information and the impact image to a control center through a mobile communication network or an Internet network; and a shooting unit to shoot the impact image of the road fence device. The ZigBee communication network is built in between the impact detecting modules, and when an impact event occurs; an impact detecting signal is transmitted to the controller with a nearby impact detecting module as a relay router. |
