The present invention relates to a vacuum adsorption apparatus, and more specifically, to a vacuum adsorption apparatus which prevents damage to an adsorption target product due to excessive contraction of a corrugated pipe during vacuum adsorption of a vacuum adsorption target, and enables a main body part to be able to replace a vacuum adsorption part proper to weight of the vacuum adsorption target product. The vacuum adsorption apparatus of the present invention comprises: a pipe type main body part which is installed to be connected to an end of a conduit line connected to a suction pump by the medium of the corrugated pipe and has a hollow type separation plate installed in an inside thereof; a vacuum adsorption part which is installed to be able to be separated by the medium of a restriction unit installed on the separation plate of the main body part and adsorbs a product of a large sheet glass or a sheet material in vacuum; and a handle manipulation part controlling an inflow rate of external air toward the inside of the main body part, during vacuum adsorption of the product by the vacuum adsorption part by being installed to be linked to the inside of the main body part, wherein a flow passage control unit can control a suction rate by expanding or reducing the flow passage where the adsorption air flows during vacuum adsorption of the product such as the large sheet glass or the sheet material, and is installed in the inside of the main body part. |
