A wall assembly for a structure 10 that is to be assembled from a flat-pack and comprising a plurality of walls, wherein one of the walls comprises an external wall panel 16, internal wall panel 17, and an intermediate panel 18. The intermediate panel has a grid of orthogonal channels 26,27 formed across a face 24, the channels being configured to selectively receive one or more service supply conduits 28,29, such as those for water or electricity. The intermediate panel may have a grid of channels formed across two opposed faces, and may have a hole for receiving the supply conduits. The channels may have resiliently deformable securing members to provide a locking arrangement, or may retain the supply conduits by frictional engagement. The wall panels and intermediate panel can be connected by interlocking parts. The intermediate panel may also be formed from thermally insulating or water repellent material. |
