PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to effectively perform processing of reducing power consumption in a time zone where power saving is truly required such as a time zone where power supply and demand is estimated to be tight.SOLUTION: An aggregation server 6 in an information collection company collects indoor appliance information showing power properties of indoor appliances 31 to 3k from HEMS servers 4 in user houses HM1 to HMn. An indoor power supply and demand adjustment server 7 in a service provider generates an indoor appliance control plan for the user houses HM1 to HMn on the basis of the indoor appliance information collected by the aggregation server 6, and provides the plan to the HEMS servers 4. When receiving a power bill change notification from an in-region power supply and demand adjustment server 2 of a power company PS accompanying estimation that power supply and demand is tight, each of the HEMS servers 4 performs control for limiting operation of the indoor appliances 31 to 3k according to the provided indoor appliance control plan in a time zone designated by the change notification. |
