PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer management system for a condominium management company and a method for the same.SOLUTION: A transfer management system comprises: a step in which payment detail data to a payment agent is received and stored from a condominium management company terminal; a step in which account transfer data for the payment detail data is generated to send the account transfer data to a bill collection surrogate terminal, and the account transfer data is data to perform account transfer transferring payment fund from an account of a condominium management association to an account of the bill collection surrogate; a step in which the result of the account transfer is received from the bill collection surrogate terminal, and the payment detail data stored in the transfer management system is updated as transferred data; and a step in which transfer data for the transferred payment detail data is generated, and the transfer data is data to transfer the payment fund remitted by the bill collection surrogate from a trust account of which settlor is the condominium management company to an account of the payment agent. |
