摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method and welding equipment in which tolerance of the gap of the void of the materials to be welded is high, and deep penetration welding can be performed without shifting the focal position of a laser beam. <P>SOLUTION: In the welding equipment 1 by an arc and a laser, an arc welder 2 and a laser welder 3 are connected with a tool 7 and are provided so that they can travel. Regarding waveform information of arc current and arc voltage detected upon arc welding, the alignment position of an oscillating welding wire is calculated by the calculating means of a controller and alignment is performed by an arc welder alignment means. A laser welder alignment means of aligning the laser welder 3 to a welding position and further performing focus regulation based on the waveform information is disposed. Upon arc welding, a deposited metal is formed at the bottom of a groove. After solidification of the deposited metal, the laser beam is focused on the deposited metal to remelt the same, and the part of the void is subjected to deep penetration welding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
