Novelty: a complete transportable laboratory for the in-situ production of oil derived from fruit, fruit stones and seeds, and the grape must extraction upon use of the hydraulic cool extraction method. Constitution: machinery and equipment which is adequately arranged and sheltered into a by-road transportable or towable specially-designed metal container with the aim of being installed in fields where the row matter to be treated is produced; hydraulic press, an oil- sludge separator, cisterns/containers for the sludge or must collection, a fruit washing machine, a leaves remover in case of olive fruit pressing or a shell crusher in case of fruit stones pressing or a grape crusher in case of must extraction. The aforementioned container comprises folding internal metal panels for the rear two-leaf door, folding floors and folding covers for the rear and lateral door and space meant for the housing of a power generator which housing space is also furnished with a two-leaf door. Advantages: transportable laboratory, recuperation of precious pharmaceutical substances from the daily produced sludge which can be carried to respective recuperation units; production of high-quality olive oil by application of the cool extraction method. |
