The present invention relates to a polymerization method of elastic polyurethane, which performs capping on an isocyanate group at an end of polyurethane using a mixture of a triazine-based capping agent and a common capping agent, wherein the polyurethane is manufactured by polymerizing compositions including polyisocyanate, polyol, a cross-linker, etc. While not changing structural changes by using the mixture of a triazine-based capping agent and a common capping agent, excellent thermal stability can be obtained without significantly changing physical properties.
