The present invention relates to a chitosan aqueous solution composition, which comprises: an organic acid aqueous solution including 88 to 90 wt% of water, 9 to 11 wt% of levulinic acid, and 0.8 to 1.2 wt% of triethanolamine; and chitosan. According to the present invention, when the chitosan aqueous solution composition is applied to skin, remarkable coating and absorbing capability are obtained by embodying water-soluble chitosan salts suitable for skin applications, and efficacy of chitosan such as cell collecting ability, tissue cultivation, etc., can be effectively expressed on skin. Therefore, the chitosan aqueous solution composition in the present invention can embody efficacy such as exfoliation, maintenance of elasticity, etc. |
