<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a closed cell culture vessel for contaminating neither cultured cells nor a culture space and for not damaging the cultured cells when opening the vessel after the cell culture, and to provide a structure of an instrument to open, and a method to open the closed system cell culture vessel. <P>SOLUTION: The closed system cell culture vessel includes a vessel frame body 1, and a medium holding part 4 that consists of gas-permeable membranes 2 and 3 bonded to the frame body, and has a groove 8 on an upper surface of the frame body around the gas-permeable membrane 2 of an upper part of the vessel frame body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
