PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrochemical cell in which internal resistance can be minimized and excellent output characteristics can be ensured by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: In a hybrid capacitor including a positive electrode 2, a negative electrode 3 disposed to face the positive electrode, and an electrolyte with which the positive electrode and the negative electrode are immersed, the positive electrode and/or the negative electrode includes a penetration 10 having at least one side and penetrating in the thickness direction, and tabs 11a, 11b for current collection formed partially on one side. The penetrations for removing the gas generated by oxidative decomposition of the electrolyte are formed toward the tabs for current collection in the shape of slit. |
