<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique that allows a user to evaluate a store on the basis of objective criteria. <P>SOLUTION: An information disclosure system 100 includes client devices 200 and a server 300 connected to the client devices 200 via a network 400. In the information disclosure system 100, a biological information acquiring unit 220 acquires change in the biological information on a user using each client device 200 with time. A positional information acquiring unit 210 acquires a present position of the client device 200. A psychological state analyzing unit 310 analyzes a psychological state of the user using the client device 200 on the basis of the change in the biological information with time. A store identifying unit 320 identifies a store where the user is present on the basis of the positional information. A store evaluation storing unit 350 stores the psychological state analyzed by the psychological state analyzing unit 310 and the store identified by the store identifying unit 320 in association with each other.
