<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method of a solar cell, whereby manufacturing conditions suitable for various solar cell modules can be obtained by reflecting the inspection result of the inspection equipment of the solar cell, and a solar cell having a long life can be produced by improving a manufacturing condition capable of analyzing traceability. <P>SOLUTION: This inspection method of the solar cell has a production process for producing a solar cell under one manufacturing condition, an inspection process for inspecting the solar cell produced in the production process, a determination process for determining if the state of the solar cell obtained by the result of the inspection process conforms to the predetermined performance of the solar cell, a re-determination process for performing the production process, the inspection process, and the determination process again by changing the one condition of the production process, when the state of the solar cell does not conform to the predetermined performance of the solar cell, and a production condition determining process for determining the manufacturing condition as a condition suitable for the production process, when the state of the solar cell conforms to the predetermined performance of the solar cell. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
