<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece withdrawal table device of a machine tool that can accurately position in a composite rotary table including a relieving function. <P>SOLUTION: A slight movement table 6 including a rotary warkpiece table 7 on a table 4 is provided with a vertical travel mechanism 42 for relatively moving in a vertical direction a second clamp shaft 25 and a first clamp shaft 11 installed concentrically with each other to taper-fit or separate both clamp shafts. To be more specific, when the first and second clamp shafts are separate, the slight movement table is moved in a horizontal direction, and when the first and second clamp shafts are fitted, the slight sligjht movement table and the table are fixed mutually.
