摘要 Disclosed are a manufacturing method of a bumper beam unit for a vehicle and the bumper beam unit manufactured thereof in order to overcome a limitation of a curvature molding on both end parts of a bumper beam, and also corresponds to a required collision performance of the front lateral side of the vehicle. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing method of the bumper beam unit for the vehicle comprises: an uncoiling step wherein an uncoiler unwinds a supplied coil on a front side of a process line; a straightening step wherein a straightener straightens a band-shaped steel sheet released from the uncoiler into a flat steel panel; a piercing step to form holes for various purposes through a brake press in the steel panel; a roll forming step of forming a roll in a shape of a bumper beam having a desired closed cross section by bending and forming the steel panel in consecutive order through a multistage roll former; a cutting step of cutting the bumper beam in accordance with the standards of the finished goods in order to commercialize the bumper beam; and a binding step of binding both ends of the closed cross section of the bumper beam. The piercing step comprises: a process of piercing a penetration hole at a specific position on the steel panel such that cut parts are formed in a predetermined shape on both ends of the bumper beam which completes the roll forming operation and the binding step; and a process of bending both end parts of the outside of the cut parts towards a rear side based on a front side of the bumper beam which corresponds to the cut parts, and binding both end parts in a state of touching both outer cut parts. The bumper beam unit manufactured by the manufacturing method has a cut part binding unit to mutually bind both cut parts based on the front side after both end parts of the rear side of the bumper beam are cut in a ′V′ shape towards the rear side.
