The present invention relates to a three channel authentication method. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method can verify an ARS authentication request from a first terminal of a user connected to a wired network and is executed through a server which can communicate with a second terminal of the user capable of establishing multiple connections with a voice network and a data network at the same time. The method includes: a first step of executing an ARS authentication procedure through the second terminal of the user by passing through a second channel including the voice network through the ARS server when an request from the first terminal for the authentication using the three channels is detected; a second step of executing a process to notify an app driving push to the second terminal of the user through a push notification server when the second channel is connected; a third step of checking a third channel connected to the second terminal through the data network in linkage with an app on the second terminal driven based on the app driving push while the second channel is maintained; and a fourth step of executing an authentication process by receiving third channel authentication data generated through the app on the second terminal through a third channel before the ARS authentication through the second channel is completed.
