The present invention relates to an anisotropic conductive film having a multi-layered structure in which a conductive layer including conductive particles and an insulation resin layer are laminated, wherein the conductive layer includes a (meth)acrylate polymerizable material and a radical polymerization initiator, and a peak height ratio from peak height ratio=A_1/A_2 in infrared spectrophotometer of the conductive film is 0.15 or less. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing the anisotropic conductive film, and to a semiconductor device connected by the film. A_1 is peak height at 810 cm^(-1) of infrared spectrophotometer, and A_2 is peak height at 2930 cm^(-1). A purpose of the present invention is providing the anisotropic conductive film preventing short between electrodes, and having low connection resistance.
