The present invention relates to a device and a method for controlling a plurality of ZigBee wireless lightings using broadcast-based link connection and unicast-based link connection methods when performing a ZigBee touch link based on a ZigBee light link (ZLL) in a ZigBee switch or a ZigBee touch pad. The method for controlling a ZigBee lighting comprises the steps of: checking whether a ZigBee switch, to which a device for controlling a ZigBee lighting is applied, is in a reset state; performing broadcast-based link connection a number of times equal to the number of currently installed lightings when the ZigBee switch is in the reset state; performing the broadcast-based link connection a preset number of times when the ZigBee switch is not in the reset state; performing unicast-based link connection for the remaining ZigBee lightings, which are not connected to a link through the step of performing the broadcast-based link connection, among the ZigBee lightings within a preset range; and controlling the ZigBee lightings connected through the broadcast-based link connection or the unicast-based link connection.
