The present invention relates to a file allocation table file system and a file saving method. According to the present invention, the file allocation table file system comprises: an information storage module including a boot record area, a file allocation table area, a directory area, and a data area, and saving one or more files in accordance with a file allocation table file format; and an application module which reads a corresponding file stored in the information storage module when an application program is operated, saves the edited file in the information storage module by using a common recording library if the edited file is a file in which data is continuously managed when the file is edited in accordance with the application program, and saves the edited file in the information storage module by using an edition library when the edited file is a file managed in a block unit. Accordingly, the file of a block unit can be quickly corrected. |
