Disclosed are an excretion treatment apparatus and a mobile toilet comprising the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the excretion treatment apparatus comprises: a first unit decomposing excretion supplied from the outside into a primary intermediate by means of microorganisms and discharging a certain amount of the primary intermediate corresponding to that of excretion additionally inserted when the amount of internal contents reaches a predetermined a maximum amount; a second unit accommodating the primary intermediate discharged from the first unit, sendinh some of the primary intermediate back to the first unit if needed, and producing a secondary intermediate by settling down sludge from the primary intermediate; and a third unit purifying the secondary intermediate supplied from the second unit so as to produce purified water which meets predetermined criteria. |
