The present invention relates to a cleaning device for a toilet seat. The cleaning device for a toilet seat comprises: a plurality of injection nozzles installed along a predetermined trajectory on a toilet cover connected to a main body; a pumping member pumping a cleaning fluid to wash the toilet seat by injecting the cleaning fluid through the injection nozzle onto the toilet seat connected to the main body; and an operation unit controlling operation of the pumping member. The cleaning device for the toilet seat enables cleanliness of the toilet seat to be maintained by removing moisture of the toilet seat after cleaning the toilet seat smeared with foreign substances by a control of a user when compared with an existing technique. The cleaning device prevents a bottom from being contaminated by preventing the contaminated cleaning fluid cleaning the toilet seat from being exposed to the outside of a toilet.
