<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nut quantitative supply device capable of preventing erroneous detection of the number of nuts in a receiving tray. <P>SOLUTION: This nut quantitative supply device includes: a hopper body 10 supplying nuts NU from a supply part 100 to the outside; a rotating plate 20 which includes a magnet 22 attracting the nuts NU collected at an accumulation part of the hopper body 10 to an inner side surface of an outer side plate 12a forming an outer side of the hopper body 10 by magnetic force acting from the outer side of the outer side plate 12a and is rotatably supported so that the magnet 22 can move toward the supply part 100 from the outside of the accumulation part; and upper and lower selection plates 41, 42 provided above and below a movement trajectory MG of the nuts NU in a movement space and forming a gate space 44 having a vertical size allowing one nut NU to pass therethrough with a posture in a preset allowable range, and regulating the passage of a plurality of nuts and the passage with a posture out of the allowable range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
