The invention provides a making method of limiting a tape-casting die generated when a DLC film is arranged on a substrate of a die head, and provides a method of the die head and the film. The tape-casting die is provided with the dismountable die head in a dope flowing port; the die head comprises the substrate made of stainless steel, a substrate layer made of tungsten carbide WC, and the DLC film formed on the substrate layer; when the DLC film is formed, a combination of a linear expansion coefficient, a length of a long edge direction of the die head and a heating temperature in a gas phase filming method can be determined in a mode in which a stress applied on the substrate layer is smaller than a broken stress of the substrate layer, wherein the stress applied on the substrate is summed according to an external force generated by thermal dilation stress of the substrate and substrate layer. The substrate layer and the DLC film are formed according to the combination. |
