<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure sensor which efficiently prevents an axial force from being applied to a base body, in particular to a pressure sensor element attachment part, due to fastening, even when fixed to a measuring object with a plurality of screws, achieving accurate pressure measurement without variation in output. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure sensor includes a base body provided with a pressure introduction hole at the center part of the bottom and an internal pressure sensor element, a cover which covers the top face of the base body, and a plurality of screws which fasten the base body and the cover to a measuring object such that the pressure introduction hole of the base body and the pressure introduction hole of the measuring object are communicated with each other. The cover is provided with a plurality of leg members which come in contact with the inner bottom of a base plate of the base body and prevent an axial force from being applied to a pressure sensor element attachment part of the base body due to fastening when the screws are fastened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
