The present invention relates to a spine guard which is customized to a user′s body, and can effectively support the spine. The spine guard according to one embodiment comprises: a vertical frame which is extended along the spine direction, and includes a deformable portion; a vertical panel which is mounted on the vertical frame, and is disposed in the longitudinal direction with respect to the vertical frame; and a horizontal panel which is mounted on the vertical panel, and is disposed in the lateral direction with respect to the vertical frame. The vertical frame can be modified depending on the user′s spinal curvature by applying heat to the deformable portion. |
