The present invention relates to a terminal device capable of transmitting data and a data transmission method for preventing repudiation thereof. According to embodiments of the present invention, the present invention uses an encryption method using a matching key instead of an encryption method based on a conventional public key to provide a repudiation prevention function in order to utilize a repudiation prevention function even for a device with limited computation capabilities.
