The present invention relates to a dynamic behavior reducing device of a turret for a floating offshore structure, which enables the rapid and easy insertion and installation of a turret by allowing wind blowing in a lateral direction to reduce the dynamic behavior of the turret shaking in a horizontal direction, and prevents damage to a moon pool and the turret by mitigating a strong collision that the turret collides with the inner surface of the moon pool.
