PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intaglio printing press that can facilitate maintenance work such as cleaning work of a collecting cylinder and blanket replacement work.SOLUTION: An intaglio printing press includes: an intaglio cylinder 24; an ink collecting cylinder 25 with blankets 26a-26d mounted on the peripheral surface, and coming into opposite contact with the intaglio cylinder 24 to transfer ink to the intaglio cylinder 24; a plurality of chablon rollers 27a-27e coming into opposite contact with the ink collecting cylinder 25 and transferring the ink to the ink collecting cylinder 25; and inking units 28a-28e for supplying the ink to the chablon rollers 27a-27e. The ink collecting cylinder 25 is a quadruple cylinder, and a working space Sa enabling access to the ink collecting cylinder 25 without attaching/detaching the chablon rollers 27a-27e during maintenance for performing cleaning work of the ink collecting cylinder 25 or replacement work of the blanket 26a-26d is formed between the chablon roller 27a positioned most upward and the chablon roller 27d positioned immediately below the chablon roller 27a. |
