<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller device in a point of view that the rotation direction of an impeller is not changed even in a place in which the orientation of wind is frequently changed from the left to right or from the right to left, that there should be prepared a device which is automatically braked when the wind abruptly becomes strong and a rotation speed is abnormally raised, and that private power generation is easily employed in an enterprise or in a dwelling house when there is the impeller which is small in scale and enabled in inexpensive wind power generation, and connected to an existing generator. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid (7) in which the orientation of the rotation of an impeller body (2) is always oriented in a constant direction even if wherever wind orientations are changed by employing structure that a blade (4) of the impeller falls down only to the single side is injected into the lower part of the impeller body, and when rotation is abnormally accelerated in speed, the fluid collides with a suppression blade (not rotating) attached to the inside of an outside fixed frame (5) by a centrifugal force of the rotation, the fluid is gradually raised, the rotation of the impeller body (2) is braked by receiving the resistance of the rise, and when the rotation becomes stable, the fluid is returned to an original state by its own weight. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
