摘要 The present invention provides a Cu-Ti based copper alloy sheet with high strength, excellent flexure forming property, internal stress relaxation property, and reduced spring back simultaneously. The Cu-Ti based copper alloy sheet comprises: 1.0-5.0 wt% of Ti; at least one of 0.5 wt% or less of Fe; 1.0 wt% or less of Co; 1.5 wt% or less of Ni, or at least one of a proper range of Sn, Zn, Mg, Zr, Al, Si, P, B, Cr, Mn, and V if necessary; and the remainder consisting of Cu and other inevitable impurities. In addition, the Cu-Ti based copper alloy sheet has a crystal orientation which satisfies formula (1), and preferably formula (2). Also, an average crystal grain diameter is set to 10-60 &mu;m. Here, formula (1) is I{420}/I_0{420} > 1.0 and formula (2) is I{220}/I_0{220} <= 3.0.
