The present invention relates to an anti-stick processing aid used in a water-soluble polymer production process comprising the following steps: (i) mixing (alpha 1) 0.1-99.999 wt% of a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing an acid group or salt thereof or a polymerizable ethylenically unsaturated monomer containing quantized or quaternized nitrogen, or a mixture thereof, (alpha 2) 0-70 wt% of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer copolymerizable with (alpha 1), (alpha 3) 0.001-10 wt% of one or more crosslinking agents, (alpha 4) 0-30 wt% of a water-soluble polymer, (alpha 5) 0-80 wt% of water, and (alpha 6) 0-20 wt% of one or more supplements; (ii) forming a non-water-soluble and aqueous untreated hydrogel polymer by free radical polymerization based on crosslinking; (iii) drying the hydrogel polymer; (iv) grinding and sieving the hydrogel polymer; (v) surface post-crosslinking the ground and sieved hydrogel polymer; and (vi) finishing an absorbent polymer. |
