Provided are a coating apparatus and a coating method. According to present invention, when a film forming unit having a nozzle and a hardening means connected by a connecting unit is formed, the running speed (coating-processing speed) of the nozzle can be appropriately secured to conduct a proper coating process. At the same time, the adjustment of coating process timing is possible, and the adjustment of coating-processing speed (coating-processing time) can also be appropriately done. According to the coating apparatus (1) of the present invention, a coating-forming unit (6) comprises a nozzle (8) for discharging a coating liquid, and a hardening means (10) for hardening the coating liquid, which are connected by a connecting unit (9). The coating-forming unit (6) is driven along the longitudinal direction of a substrate (2) to coat the substrate (2) by using the nozzle (8), and hardens the coating liquid coated on the substrate (2) by using the hardening instrument. A slide instrument (11) comprising a screw axis (11a) and nuts (11b) is prepared on the connecting unit, in order to adjust the horizontal distance (D) between the nozzle and hardening means. |
