The present invention relates to a geological survey system using a personal portable device and a geological survey method using the same. According to the present invention, to solve a problem of a conventional art which had to carry and prepare an additional topographic map and geological map as well as exploration equipment or survey instruments for a geological survey and, moreover, had the inconvenience of creating a geographical map by indicating survey results on the map one by one after the survey, the invention is configured to display a topographic map and a geological map of a corresponding survey area, to automatically display information on topography of the area displayed on the map, and to enable a direct input of a survey result about geological features of the corresponding area. |
