摘要 The present invention relates to a glove coating solution using nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) resin and polyurea resin, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing a glove coating solution with an air ventilation function, which prevents sweat from being generated and enables work to be done conveniently without poor feelings of wearing by ventilating air in the gloves when a worker wears the gloves for a long time due to having micropores on a coated side, and to coated gloves manufactured by the method. The method of preparing a glove coating solution with an air ventilation function includes the steps of: preparing a mixed coating solution by mixing 100 to 150 parts by weight of water and 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight of a foaming agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of a resin mixture mixed by 50 to 70 wt% of NBR resin and 30 to 50 wt% of polyurea resin; putting the mixed coating solution into a stirrer to stir the mixed coating solution for 24 hours; aging the stirred coating solution for 24 hours in a state that stirring of the mixed coating solution is stopped; stirring the aged coating solution in a stirrer to generate bubbles; and coating gloves with the bubble-generated coating solution in a glove coating device.
