The present invention relates to a novel lactobacillus strain which is taken from breast milk and excrements of humans and animals, and has excellent anti-viral and anti-bacterial activities; and a use thereof and, more specifically to a lactobacillus strain which is Lactobacillus plantarum KSL4 (accession No. KACC91966P), Lactobacillus gasseri KSL7 (accession No. KACC91967P), and Lactobacillus plantarum KSL88 (accession No. KACC91968P), wherein the lactobacillus strains have anti-viral and anti-bacterial activities.
