Disclosed is a waste gas treatment apparatus which efficiently treats waste gas such as volatile organic compounds or odors containing moisture and dust. More specifically, in the apparatus for treating waste gas containing volatile organic compounds, provided is a waste gas treatment apparatus which comprises: a relative humidity regulator for regulating relative humidity of waste gas discharged from a discharge source; an adsorption concentrator introducing the waste gas which has passed through the relative humidity regulator and is involved in the adsorption, concentration, and desorption of the volatile organic compounds contained in the waste gas; a desorption unit desorbing the volatile organic compounds adsorbed on the adsorption concentrator by means of the first branched gas as carrier gas branching off from some of the waste gas which has passed through the relative humidity regulator; and a combustor combusting desorption gas desorbed by the desorption unit. According to the present invention, the waste gas treatment apparatus can treat the volatile organic compound waste gas having high humidity (moisture) in a high treatment efficiency. |
