摘要 An X-ray imaging apparatus and an X-ray imaging method that can stitch transmission images detected by a two-dimensional detector at different positions of the sample are provided. An X-ray imaging apparatus and an X-ray imaging method include: an X-ray generating unit configured to irradiate a sample with a substantially parallel X-ray; a two-dimensional detector including a detection region; a stage where a support base is mounted is configured to move the support base in a plane along a plane of the detection region; and an imaging control unit configured to generate stitched transmission image data based on a plurality of transmission images of the sample detected by the two-dimensional detector. The imaging control unit is configured to stitch the transmission images at a plurality of mutually different positions in the sample to generate the stitched transmission image data.

An X-ray imaging apparatus comprising: an X-ray generating unit configured to irradiate a sample with substantially parallel X-rays; a two-dimensional detector arranged at an opposite side of the X-ray generating unit with respect to the sample, the two-dimensional detector including a detection region to detect a transmission image of the sample, the two dimensional detector being fixed during detection of the transmission image of the sample; a support base where the sample is arranged; a stage where the support base is mounted, the stage being configured to translationally move the support base in a stage plane along a detection plane of the detection region of the two-dimensional detector; and a control unit configured to generate stitched transmission image data based on a plurality of transmission images of the sample at a plurality of positions of translational motion in the stage plane detected by the two-dimensional detector, wherein the control unit is configured to stitch the transmission images of the sample at the plurality of positions of translational motion in the stage plane to generate the stitched transmission image data.
